Reactive is led by director Carl Nicholas Eddershaw and a team of Gas Safe and OFTEC registered engineers, with decades of combined experience across gas, heating and plumbing — originally trained through the British Gas Academy. Every quote, install and revisit is delivered by our own engineers, never sub-contracted out.

The company was set up to give local homeowners and landlords what's often missing from the trade: a real price up front, the same firm on every visit, and a real phone number to ring if something needs revisiting.

We focus on residential customers across our primary catchment around Corby — close enough to be on site fast, small enough that every install is personally inspected. The work splits between heating & gas (boiler installs, repairs, servicing, LPG and oil), day-to-day plumbing and drainage, and our Reactive Maintenance plans for ongoing cover.
