Front of the queue
Existing customers (anyone we've serviced or installed for) get priority slots on emergency call-outs and the choice of installation date during peak winter months. We hold three slots a week back specifically for returning customers.
Eligibility: Automatic for any customer with a job invoiced in the last 24 months.
Up to 12 years parts & labour
As Worcester Bosch Accredited Installers we can register the maximum 10-year manufacturer warranty (Greenstar 4000/8000) and add our own 2-year workmanship guarantee on top — taking total cover to 12 years on qualifying installs.
Eligibility: Applies to Greenstar 4000 / 8000 installs commissioned and registered by us within 30 days of fitting.
No callout fee
Within our nine primary areas we charge for time on site and parts only — no separate call-out fee, even out of hours. You only pay for the work done. Most common boiler fixes resolve in under an hour.
