- Contract — to give a quote, schedule, complete and invoice the work you've asked us to do.
- Legal obligation — Gas Safe and OFTEC require us to keep installation and service records for a defined period.

4. Who we share data with
We only share data with parties that help us run the business:

- Gas Safe Register / OFTEC for compliance and certificate notifications.

5. How long we keep it
- Job records and invoices: 7 years (HMRC requirement).
- Gas Safe / OFTEC certificates: minimum 6 years.
- Quotes that didn't proceed: 12 months, then deleted.
- Marketing contacts: until you unsubscribe.
